Cross-functional team designing a Customer Success practice with the SuccessOptima turtle

What Each Tier Includes

1

Current CS Capability Review

The right starting point for every organization.

The review creates a shared view of how your current Customer Success practice operates and where further development would be most valuable. Selected stakeholders first complete an individual, methodology-based self-assessment. A facilitated cross-functional session then brings their perspectives together.

What it does:

  • Consolidates cross-functional perspectives and surfaces material differences in perception.
  • Identifies capability gaps, dependencies, and areas requiring attention.
  • Helps the team agree its first practice-development priority.
  • Explores methodology-based options for the next development step.
What your team developsA consolidated capability snapshot, an agreed first development priority, and an initial high-level practice-development path.
2

CS Practice Design Program

Five modules covering the core components of the Customer Success management practice.

The program is grounded in a purpose-built methodology that covers the full scope of management practice design, from governance to enablement.

Each module combines methodology training with facilitated design work. Participants apply the framework to their own organization, make the required decisions together, and develop the relevant management artifacts. Modules can be completed individually or combined into a broader practice design program.
